A community of interest in financial analysis is a sector- or theme-based cluster of companies whose performance, risks, and fundamentals are related — allowing the analyst to generate deeper and more accurate insights by focusing on the ecosystem instead of individual firms in isolation.

Fintech Trades connects investors who want to understand markets through analytics. Our indices and research bring together a community of interest focused on quantitative insights across publicly traded companies. Community reach and engagement are most notable on LinkedIn with newsletter engagement exceeding 90,000 impressions and 42,000 members reached.

From Game Engine to Equity-Selection Engine

Inspired by academic quantitative methods, I began refactoring Market Leader Game into a fully automated equity-selection engine.

What emerged was far more than a game:

Turning an Equity Index Into a Hedge Fund

Can I launch a hedge fund from my data-driven equity index?
