The new Portfolio Simulator expands the platform beyond stock discovery and into portfolio construction, momentum monitoring, and execution workflow.

Investors can select companies directly from the Top 100 Growth table, Single Stock research pages, or future ranking dashboards and add those selections into a personalized simulated portfolio. Unlike a traditional watch list, the simulator preserves the original baseline analysis price from the Fintech Trades research dataset and continuously compares that baseline against current market pricing. This creates a transparent audit trail between the original research snapshot and actual market performance over time.

One of the most valuable use cases is the ability for investors to monitor real-world momentum across a smaller subset of personally selected companies from the broader Top 100 universe. Rather than tracking all 100 companies equally, investors can build focused thematic portfolios based on sectors, macroeconomic outlook, momentum acceleration, or risk tolerance.

For example:

  • An investor may build a concentrated AI infrastructure portfolio from the Top 100 Growth list.

  • Another user may create a defensive macro-sensitive portfolio during periods of interest rate pressure.

  • A momentum-oriented investor may monitor only the fastest accelerating stocks from the adaptive ranking model.

  • A long-term investor may compare current momentum against the original composite score and macro regime at the time of selection.

The Portfolio Simulator automatically imports:

  • Baseline analysis price

  • Current market price

  • Dollar growth

  • Percentage growth

  • Engine-generated stop loss price

  • Engine-generated take profit price

  • Baseline selection date

  • Composite score and ranking data

This allows users to evaluate how the Equity Selection Engine performs not only as a ranking system, but as an evolving portfolio management workflow.

The upcoming release also deepens the integration between research and execution. Investors will be able to move directly from portfolio monitoring into trade execution through Interactive Brokers integration. From within the Portfolio Simulator, users can open the Single Stock research page, review AI-generated interpretations, analyze macro context, and execute trades using the existing IBKR workflow with stop-loss and take-profit support.

Most portfolio applications in the market focus primarily on tracking account balances or displaying historical performance. The Fintech Trades Portfolio Simulator was designed differently.

The differentiator is that the simulator begins with the original research thesis itself.

Every position originates from a transparent quantitative selection engine that combines percentile scoring, macro context analysis, sentiment modeling, valuation metrics, expected return calculations, and regime-aware ranking. Investors are not simply tracking stocks after purchase — they are monitoring the continuing performance of a research-driven decision framework.

The result is a portfolio environment designed not only to observe market performance, but to evaluate the effectiveness of the underlying research methodology over time.

Fintech Trades continues to evolve toward a unified research, portfolio construction, and execution platform designed for investors who value transparency, quantitative analysis, and disciplined decision support.
